Support für Gratulino

Meist liegt es an Einstellungen des Systems:

• Mitteilungen / Benachrichtigungen für Gratulino müssen erlaubt sein. Die Einstellungen der App zeigen, ob das der Fall ist.
• Android – Akku-Optimierung: Stell Gratulino in der Akku-Liste auf „Nicht optimieren“. Manche Hersteller (z. B. Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung, OnePlus) beenden Apps im Hintergrund trotzdem; dort zusätzlich „Autostart“ bzw. „Keine Einschränkungen“ setzen und die App nicht aus der Übersicht wegwischen.
• Android – exakte Wecker: Ab Android 14 muss „Wecker und Erinnerungen“ für die App erlaubt sein, sonst kommt die Erinnerung nur ungefähr pünktlich.
• Die Einstellungen der App (auf Android der Status-Check) zeigen, was fehlt, und führen direkt zur passenden Systemeinstellung.

War ein Android-Gerät zur Uhrzeit aus, kommt die Erinnerung später am selben Tag. Hast du einen Geburtstag verpasst, zeigt die App am Tag danach „Gestern verpasst“.

Gratulino speichert alles nur auf dem Gerät, deshalb kommen die Einträge nicht automatisch mit. So geht’s:

• Auf dem alten Gerät: Einstellungen → Daten sichern → „Kontakte exportieren“ und die Datei an einem Ort speichern, den du auf dem neuen Gerät erreichst.
• Auf dem neuen Gerät: Gratulino installieren, Einstellungen → Daten sichern → „Importieren“ und die Datei wählen.

Die Datei passt zwischen Android und iPhone in beide Richtungen. Uhrzeit und Vorlage stellst du auf dem neuen Gerät einmal neu ein.

Android und iOS erlauben Apps aus den Stores nicht, ohne dein Zutun SMS oder WhatsApp-Nachrichten zu verschicken. Das ist auch gut so. Gratulino bereitet deshalb alles vor: Ein Tipp auf die Erinnerung öffnet die SMS-App oder WhatsApp mit Empfänger und fertigem Text, du musst nur noch auf Senden tippen.

Einzelne Einträge löschst du in der App. Willst du alles löschen, deinstalliere die App – dabei entfernt das System alle Daten von Gratulino vom Gerät. Bei mir liegen keine Daten von dir. Exportierte Dateien löschst du selbst.

Usually a system setting is the cause:

• Notifications must be allowed for Gratulino. The app’s settings show whether they are.
• Android – battery optimization: set Gratulino to “Don’t optimize” in the battery list. Some manufacturers (e.g. Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung, OnePlus) still stop background apps; there, also enable “Autostart” or “No restrictions” and don’t swipe the app away from the recent apps screen.
• Android – exact alarms: from Android 14 on, “Alarms & reminders” must be allowed for the app, otherwise the reminder is only roughly on time.
• The app’s settings (on Android, the status check) show what’s missing and take you to the right system setting.

If an Android device was off at the set time, the reminder comes later the same day. If you missed a birthday, the app shows “Gestern verpasst” (missed yesterday) the next day.

Gratulino stores everything only on the device, so entries don’t move over automatically. Here’s how:

• On the old device: Settings → Daten sichern → “Kontakte exportieren” and save the file somewhere you can reach from the new device.
• On the new device: install Gratulino, then Settings → Daten sichern → “Importieren” and pick the file.

The file works between Android and iPhone in both directions. Set the reminder time and template once more on the new device.

Android and iOS don’t allow store apps to send SMS or WhatsApp messages without your involvement, and that’s a good thing. So Gratulino prepares everything: one tap on the reminder opens your SMS app or WhatsApp with the recipient and the text ready, and you just tap Send.

You delete single entries in the app. To delete everything, uninstall the app – the system then removes all of Gratulino’s data from the device. I hold no data about you. You delete exported files yourself.
